How does it work concretely?
You import your CV once. For every job offer, candidat.app generates a tailored bilingual CV (FR + EN), a personalised cover letter, and a match score. One application file = one (CV + cover letter) pack for one offer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both Basic and Pro are monthly, no commitment. You cancel from your settings, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. No questions asked.
When does the application counter reset?
On Basic, the 12-file counter resets every 30 days from your renewal date. That covers the monthly job-search requirement of most cantonal employment offices (ORP/RAV). On Pro, no visible monthly counter: files are unlimited, within a fair-use limit of 400 per billing period (no daily cap). On Free, you have 1 file total, forever.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The Free plan lets you generate 1 full application (tailored CV + cover letter) for free, no card required, to assess quality. Then Basic (CHF 19/mo, 12 applications) or Pro (CHF 39/mo, unlimited). Early beta testers keep their complimentary access.
Where is my data stored? Is it compliant?
Data is hosted in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt) and processed under Swiss FADP and EU GDPR. Your CV and personal data are never sold or shared. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@candidat.app.
