How does it work concretely?
You import your CV once. For every job offer, candidat.app generates a tailored bilingual CV (FR + EN), a personalised cover letter, and a match score. One application file = one (CV + cover letter) pack for one offer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both Basic and Pro are monthly, no commitment. You cancel from your settings, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. No questions asked.
When does the application counter reset?
On Basic, the 10-file counter resets every 30 days from your renewal date. On Pro, no counter — files are unlimited. On Free, you have 1 file total, forever.
Is the beta free for testers?
Yes. Everyone on the private beta uses the product for free. When we open paid plans, beta testers get a preferential rate as a thank-you for early feedback.
Where is my data stored? Is it compliant?
Data is hosted in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt) and processed under Swiss FADP and EU GDPR. Your CV and personal data are never sold or shared. You can request deletion at any time by emailing victor.charton@gmail.com.
