Will the AI invent things in my CV?+
No, never. Our pipeline has one non-negotiable rule: no skill, no figure, no experience, no date is invented. The 4th AI pass is a quality audit that rejects the CV if any invention is detected.
Will the recruiter notice my CV was AI-generated?+
The risk is very low. We avoid typical generic-AI markers (hollow buzzwords, awkward jargon). The tone stays professional, like a human CV. Above all, your CV remains authentically yours - it is just rephrased to match the job.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Encryption at rest and in transit, strict Row-Level Security, no data sold or used to train models. You can export or delete your account at any time.
Why can't I do this myself, for free?+
You can. If you have 2-3 hours per application to identify ATS keywords, rewrite your CV by hand, and write a letter - great. But landing a job in Switzerland typically means sending 30-80 applications. Our bet: do all that in 30 seconds per dossier, at a higher quality.
What if I don't like the adapted CV?+

What if the job is in English - can I still apply?+
Yes, fully. The app detects the language automatically and generates your application in the same language (FR or EN). Enable an English version of your profile for even more natural results.
The ATS score says my CV is weak, but I'm just starting out. Is that fair?+
The score is calibrated: if you have less than 3 years of experience, the thresholds are adjusted and your internships, projects, volunteering and education all count. No unfair penalty for a junior profile.
Do you handle Swiss CV conventions (photo, civil status, references, residence permit)?+
Yes. Professional photo, civil status, language level (A1 to C2), residence permit when relevant, references on request, sober layout with no one-page limit. We apply them when they fit your profile, and skip them if you target a more international or creative environment.
What if I'm targeting a job in German or Italian?+
During early access, the app covers French and English (the two main languages of jobs in French-speaking Switzerland). German and Italian are coming soon, to cover the full Swiss market. You can already create your account: the new languages will be enabled automatically, with no need to sign up again.
